Lyksvad Fish Farm is a Danish family-owned company that was founded in 1991. Lyksvad is one of the largest eel manufacturers in Denmark. The eels are sold to the most of Europe and eel fry are sold for release in northern Europe.

Lyksvad is the only breeder of sturgeon in Denmark and are breeding both the Russian sturgeon and the Beluga sturgeon. The are sold to fish ponds, put and take lakes and for caviar production.
